Beta service status
Preflight Cinema monitors the application, database, storage, authentication, billing, and provider-generation workflow during beta. If there is an active incident, support will share the affected area, impact, and next update window.
Provider generation status
Video and image generation can be affected by upstream provider queues, regional availability, model errors, callback delays, safety rejections, and storage download delays. Keep the video ID and generation attempt ID for support when a run behaves unexpectedly.
Maintenance
Planned maintenance may temporarily pause generation, admin tools, or billing actions. Existing projects and generated assets remain tied to account and project records unless support announces otherwise.
Known beta limits
During beta, some provider routes, resolutions, audio options, and learning workflows may be limited or admin-gated. The app should show current model capabilities before users rely on a route.
